The dangers associated w / meat intake


As opposed to an animal based diet, a plant based diet guarantees less risk of disease and an improved sense of health and wellbeing. Worldwide, approximately 350 million people have diabetes (Dr. Robert Ratner). It is a huge misconception that sugar is the main culprit behind diabetes. Diabetes is NOT and NEVER WAS caused by eating sugar. The cause of diabetes is a diet that builds up the amount of fat into the blood aka a typical meat based, animal based diet (Dr. Neal Barnard). Within minutes of meat entering your mouth, you get a burst of inflammation within your system, basically paralyzing your arteries. Damage is not caused years down the road but unfortunately right then and there. 70% of deaths are from diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, dementia, obesity (Dr. Joel Kahn). Switching to a plant based diet is to this day, the only known way to prevent and even reverse many, if not all, of the above health diseases.
